About the Women's* Privacy Project
The Women's Privacy Project is an independent publication launched in July 2022. We believe that privacy is a human right and the practices around it should be understandable and accessible to everyone. This publication was created for the sole purpose of making data privacy easy to understand, straightforward, and implementable by anyone regardless of your level of tech savvy.
Support the work
If you're interested in supporting this work, you can make a one-time or monthly contribution through Buy Me a Coffee. Women's Privacy Project posts are always free, but it helps to cover costs for the site ($200/yr!) and the time I spend researching and putting together each post (too many hours to count!). If you can't support monetarily, I completely understand—please share your favorite article with a friend instead!
Fresh content, delivered
When you subscribe, you'll receive new content sent straight to your inbox—no more worrying about whether you missed something because of a 'helpful' algorithm.
Meet people like you

* The Women’s Privacy Project is for everyone. For those of us with uteruses, we have never been more at risk by data collection. Our nonbinary, trans, and all other friends who value privacy online are always welcome. We will often specifically address privacy issues with regard to people whose rights are being summarily repealed.
